This *original* Thomas A. Yorke New-Old-Stock (NOS) kit has been inventoried and all the parts are accounted for and complete. The windows, doors, and other details are Grandt Line product molded plastic. Kit includes full-size drawings (SEE THUMBNAILS Above), scale lumber and detailed construction and weathering instructions.
This is HO-121 kit was produced in the 1970s produced by Thomas A Yorke and an original, complete early kit such as this is very rare. And yes, Doctor Ben's Weathering would look good on the roof. Directly below are the Elevation and Isometric Views of this kit. Instructions are full-size sheets and included is a color photograph!
Craftsman kit parts are composed of UNFINISHED/UNASSEMBLED wood, plastic, Cast metal parts and Assembly & Finish is/maybe required. If assembly is needed, the use of most CA and/or plastic cements. Staining, painting, and weathering may be completed by hand or an air brush.
